The Yoga classes that take place at Killaloe Hotel & Spa create a safe and fun space for people of every age to experience the multiple benefits of yoga. Yoga gives us the opportunity to tune into our bodies and breath while helping us to create a sense of calm in our minds.
Yoga takes place on Mondays with Johanna at 7:30 pm and Thursdays with Marie at 11 am.
