Couch to 5k … and beyond
Gathering at the tranquil grounds of Killaloe Hotel & Spa, runners will warm up then move out, winding either through the twin towns of Ballina and Killaloe, or heading towards Twomilegate and Ballycuggaran Forest. No one will be left behind as the group works towards their first, or perhaps returning, 5k personal best.
