Fitness sessions incorporate bodyweight exercises along with medicine balls, slam balls, kettlebells, sandbags, and more. All exercises have regressions and progressions to accommodate all levels of fitness and most ages. Session members will push, pull, heave, throw, swing, run, wave, slam, drag, lift, and crawl. Traditional and non-traditional (functional) strength training to get you "ready for whatever".
