Our next Active Agers Walk will be on the Cloondorney Lake Loop in Tulla.
This is a 5km looped walk starting at Tulla United AFC and runs along part of the East Clare Way long distance walking route.

The walk will be guided by Jane Halloran, an accomplished Genealogist and Local Historian, who will provide information on some of the historical residences and events in the area we will walk by!
The walk follows quiet roads passing quiet countryside, forestry and bogland and will also bring you along the shores of Cloondorney Lake which is 40 acres in area and holds most species of coarse fish.
The walk is mostly on flat surface – approx. 1.5.

There will be an optional refreshment stop in Tulla United AFC on our return.

Please bring suitable walking shoes/boots, waterproof clothing and fluid.
This walk is primarily for Active Agers (Over 50’s) but all are welcome.
Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead at all times.

All walks are free of charge with an optional donation. All monies raised will go towards the future maintenance and upkeep of the East Clare Way & the Mid Clare Way walking routes.
